Pros: I'm glad that the items shipped immediately and it's nice to have one site to shop for multiple items.
Cons: Many of the items are insanely overpriced compared to other retailers. If it weren't for a coupon, I don't know that I would have shopped here.

I was impressed how fast they had my items shipped and received them. They where great I was very pleased with how professional they are.

I purchased a Sejoy Infrared Thermometer from the HSA Store in April 2020. I used it very little, and now it is registering all users' temperatures about 5 degrees lower. I am not getting an Error reading that new batteries are needed (again, I've not used the product much). The HSA store will not do anything about the malfunctioning of the product as the purchase is more than 90 days past. There is a warranty to fix the thermometer if I want to package it up and send it back to China and wait for a replacement. I don't see that as a viable option and am disappointed in the entire experience and feel that my money was thrown away.
Unfortunately, I was focused on the easy use of the site and not actually on the prices. I ordered Tylenol and turns out I paid $5.00 more for it at HSAstore than I would have at Amazon and probably anywhere. Not sure I will be using it again or at least compare prices before I actually purchase anything going forward.
It’s nice to shop the online store where you know everything is covered by my HSA. It takes all the guesswork out of my shopping.
There was a delay in shipping but that was not their fault. I had full tracking the entire time.
For the Boo Bunny I purchased, it was a little pricy. The price is misleading. They don't tell you about all the shipping & handling & taxes. I ended up paying 3 times the amount of the item I purchased, just so my granddaughters could be soothed by a Boo Bunny like their Mom was when she was a little girl.
